Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to serve as the lead HR partner for the global Materials Solutions division. This role partners with the division President and leadership to design and execute talent, workforce, and organizational strategies that enable growth, operational excellence and business transformation.

The position is onsite in Aurora, IL. You will lead organization design, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce capability initiatives

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with senior-level partnership
• Strong knowledge of organization design, workforce planning, succession planning and change management
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial businesses preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Materials Solutions President and leadership to identify people, structure, and leadership actions
• Advise leaders on organization structure, workforce plans, succession, leadership effectiveness and engagement
• Lead organization design, restructuring and change efforts to support business needs
• Support acquisition integration: align leaders, teams, roles, and communication
• Build talent and succession plans for leadership, technical, operational and commercial roles
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, Total Rewards, ER, HR Ops, and regional HR teams to deliver consistent HR support
• Use workforce data and leader input to spot issues, recommend actions and track progress
• Partner with Operations to develop hiring plans for all Materials Solutions sites
• Lead and develop the HR team supporting Materials Solutions across regions
