This hands-on role partners with managers at union and non-union sites in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire to drive employee relations, labor relations, benefits and engagement initiatives.

You'll shape HR programs, use Workday and MS Office, and explore AI-driven ways to connect with our workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR with employee and labor relations, compliance, and benefits
• Tech-savvy with Workday, MS Office, and AI awareness
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Be a People Champion: HR point of contact for employee relations, investigations, benefits, and engagement.
• Drive Change: shape HR strategies and initiatives across locations.
