Job summary

HireTalent in Boston seeks a hands-on HR technology professional to own HR technology solutions end to end, including platform support, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical solution design.

You will work across Learning & Development, Talent Management, Skills Management, and related HR systems, playing a key role in evaluating and implementing a new LMS. The role includes significant data reporting and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise HR technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and integrations.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP/file transfers, authentication methods, and data flow management.
• Data analysis experience; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language — Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support our primary career growth platform plus other HR technology solutions.
• Assist with the evaluation and implementation of a new learning management system.
• Configure platforms and manage integrations.
• Create architecture maps and technical solution designs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and data-related problems.
• Develop technical documentation and SOPs.
• Perform reporting and analytics work (approximately 25-30% of the role).
