The Lead will coordinate classification actions, provide guidance on position management, and act as an intermediary between classifiers and network leadership, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Communicates the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values to the team and integrates them into strategies and work plans.
• Coaches team in problem solving, advises on methods, and helps identify viable solutions.
• Leads workload distribution among employees to meet priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Trains team members in team building and required administrative or technical training.
• Monitors progress, reports status, and coordinates team initiatives with leadership and customers.
• Advises classifiers on guidance and regulations and provides written and oral communications to customers and stakeholders.
• Distributes, summarizes and presents information to network leadership and CCU customers; provides instruction on classification and position management.
