• Assists with routine filing, records maintenance, and retrieval of personnel documents.
• Enter applicant data into automated staffing systems and maintain case files.
• Responds to routine inquiries from applicants and customers or the public.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacancy announcements and job analyses using USA Staffing.
• Audit certificates and manage applicant materials per standards.
• Process, rate, and rank applicants.
• Provide oral and written responses to agency officials, applicants and the public.
• Perform clerical, administrative, and personnel duties as assigned.
