Qualifications

Progressive experience in HR operations and shared services.
Formal people management experience in high-volume environments.
Experience coordinating with Legal, Payroll, Benefits and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end service delivery for HRSC lines, ensuring quality and compliance.
Monitor workload and adjust staffing to sustain performance.
Establish SOPs, QA routines, and document control; resolve escalations.
Coach and develop multiple HRSC teams with regular performance reviews.
Lead workforce planning, onboarding, cross-training and surge staffing.
