Job Description:

1. Maintains cleanliness of hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and storage/employee areas as directed by Housekeeping Team Leader and/or Supervisor.
2. Makes beds according to standards.
3. Dusts and cleans windows/mirrors.
4. Vacuum and clean carpeted areas and behind furniture.
5. Cleans bathrooms including floors, sinks, toilets, and bathtubs.
6. Supplies rooms with all amenities and linens.
7. Ensures every room is set up according to standards.
8. Cleans and maintains workstations, including stocking with chemicals, sheets, pillowcases, towels, and amenities.
9. Fills out daily housekeeping logs.
10. Updates checkout status by entering proper code via telephone as directed.
11. Logs all lost and found items properly.
12. Greets guests throughout the shift with proper salutation and a pleasant expression.
13. Maintains and cleans all equipment used during the shift.
14. Follows safety procedures, including Bloodborne Pathogens and PPE, and reports safety concerns or maintenance issues.
15. Adheres to departmental and company policies.
16. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in areas with dust, secondhand smoke, noise, temperature variations, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
