Job Description

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and storage/employee areas as directed.
• Make beds according to standards.
• Dust and clean windows/mirrors.
• Vacuum and clean carpets and behind furniture.
• Clean bathrooms including floors, sinks, toilets, and bathtubs.
• Supply rooms with amenities and linens.
• Ensure rooms are set up according to standards.
• Maintain and stock workstation with necessary supplies.
• Fill out daily housekeeping logs.
• Update checkout status via telephone as directed.
• Log all lost and found items properly.
• Greet guests professionally and courteously throughout the shift.
• Clean and maintain all equipment used.
• Follow safety procedures, including Bloodborne Pathogens and PPE protocols.
• Adhere to departmental and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in areas with dust, smoke, noise, varying temperatures, and air quality.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and brooms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
