Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Decorate and finish all cakes and pastries according to house specifications.
2. Understand and operate all equipment used in the Pastry Shop.
3. Maintain workstation in compliance with health department standards.
4. Report violations and equipment issues to the Assistant Pastry Chef.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Culinary School preferred.
• Two years of experience in a large hotel pastry department preferred.
