Job Responsibilities

1. Acknowledge, greet, and converse in English with customers in the Pit area.
2. Deal all required games.
3. Assist the Supervisor in seating customers and managing table fills.
4. Answer telephone calls and maintain table bank accurately.
5. Complete the required paperwork.
6. Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to all policies and regulations.
7. This position involves a regular schedule of 1-2 days per week at the poker table.

Qualifications

1. Previous poker dealing experience is required.
2. Excellent customer relations and communication skills are essential.
3. Willingness to work any day and shift.
4. Ability to work well with others and as part of a team.
5. Well-groomed appearance.

Work Environment

1. Ability to work in areas with dust, secondhand smoke, noise, varying temperatures, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
2. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
