You will coach and support your team, conduct inspections, and step in when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality (resort or timeshare preferred).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and guide a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of safety standards, MSDS, and proper chemical handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure top-tier cleanliness and service standards.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
• Provide hands-on support with room cleans, deep cleaning projects, and special assignments.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient operations.
• Train and coach team members on cleaning techniques, safety standards, and company expectations.
• Develop and execute deep-cleaning schedules to maintain long-term quality.
• Partner with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns, ensuring satisfaction and follow-through.
• Support leadership with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects.
• Act as a key point of contact during emergencies and operational needs.
