The role supports QA processes, loss prevention and safety procedures, and helps leaders with staffing for maximum productivity. The ideal candidate has at least one year of housekeeping experience, with supervisory and hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year related housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect the work of Housekeepers and Houseman to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure QA processes are followed and support safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist Housekeeping and Resort Leaders with staffing and scheduling for optimal productivity.
