Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train team members and supervise daily operations.
• Experience with Brand standards as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to requests.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment in guest rooms.
• Assign tasks and inspect work to ensure standards.
• Provide training for team members.
• Supervise department operations.
• Inventory supplies and restock as needed.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective action.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Attend meetings as required.
