Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Hawaii is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring pristine guestrooms and public areas and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise staff, train and coach teammates, coordinate with other departments, and respond to guest requests and complaints while maintaining schedules and productivity in a bustling beachfront setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior housekeeping experience
• Fluent in English; Spanish helpful
• Strong communication with the public and team members
• Knowledge of scheduling and productivity

Responsibilities

• Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
• Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas
• Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses
• Follow up on guest complaints/requests
• Assist in training, coaching and development of team members
