• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3 years’ experience in housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping functions and staff daily to keep guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areas clean and well maintained.
• Direct and collaborate with team to execute all housekeeping operations and improve guest satisfaction.
• Inspect areas of responsibility and develop plans to improve results and financial performance.
• Schedule employees to meet business demands and track attendance.
• Train new room attendants and provide ongoing follow-up training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, procedures, safety, and budgetary goals.
