Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality management experience is required.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team and work with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and meeting areas.
• Coordinate housekeeping to ensure rooms and spaces are cleaned and ready for guests promptly.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost controls and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.
• Supervise and coach team members to foster a positive, productive work environment.
