Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Kapaa, Hawaii is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and deliver a welcoming stay for guests. You will make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure the highest cleaning standards while upholding safety and guest service standards.

The role is on-site at the beachfront property, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays; prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and Davidson Hospitality Group manages the property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure the overall presentation of the room is inviting.
• Replenish amenities, towels, and other supplies as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuum and clean carpets and floors.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
• Follow established health and safety protocols.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
