Responsabilidades

• Oversees housekeeping staff by conducting meetings and inspecting work to meet Crescent standards.
• Interviews and hires staff, conducts training, evaluates performance, and addresses disciplinary issues.
• Creates staff schedules based on occupancy and projects; processes payroll adjustments as needed.
• Maintains budgets, forecasts expenses, and tracks inspection scores for the department.
• Communicates clearly with staff to provide direction.
• Maintains regular attendance and reliability.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
