Job summary

Crescent Hotels Westin Huntsville is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to lead room attendants, housepersons and inspectors at the Huntsville, AL property. You will ensure Crescent standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are met through coaching and daily oversight.

You will schedule staff, manage payroll adjustments, monitor budgets and inspection scores, and maintain clear communication with team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff of room attendants, housepersons, and inspectors by conducting daily and monthly meetings, inspecting staff work and giving guidance.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, communicate openly and recommend discipline.
• Arrange staff schedules; submit payroll records and adjust for duties and occupancy.
• Maintain and review budgeting records and inspection scores for housekeeping.
• Communicate directions clearly to staff in writing and verbally.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
