The Crescent Hotels Group seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Westin Huntsville to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

You will work with the Director of Housekeeping, supervise teams, conduct inspections, and maintain brand standards while controlling costs and scheduling. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a commitment to service excellence.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with branded hotels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily housekeeping operations with focus on rooms, public areas, laundry, and staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and coordinate priorities.
• Inspect guestrooms for cleanliness and quality.
• Manage staffing and scheduling based on occupancy.
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching.
• Ensure safety and compliance with brand standards.
• Communicate with Front Office to maximize guest satisfaction.
