Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations, assign rooms, monitor cleanliness, and manage workflow to keep guest spaces spotless and guest ready at all times. You will set priorities, track finish times, and ensure readiness of rooms for arrivals.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and workflow.

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Maintain inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Resolve guest requests and housekeeping related concerns.
• Support deep cleaning projects and operational improvements.
• Communicate room readiness and updates to the front office.
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and departmental records.
