Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeping professional to professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will handle cleaning tasks, laundry, restocking, and basic maintenance coordination to ensure guest stays are pristine and comfortable.

This role requires travel between worksites, reliability, and a positive, guest-focused attitude. Training is provided for hot tub maintenance and company procedures, with shifts that may include

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and mobile apps.
• Role requires frequent travel between worksites and reliable transportation.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and clean surfaces.
• Move furniture to clean under and behind areas.
• Assist with laundry and linen as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.
• Identify damages or needed repairs and create maintenance tickets as necessary.
• Meet and maintain housekeeping metrics and attend meetings.
• Replenish consumables and maintain hot tubs (training provided).
• Work may include weekends and holidays with flexible hours.
