Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to guide and develop a team of housekeepers, coaching performance, scheduling, and optimizing daily operations to meet productivity and quality standards. You’ll participate in hands-on cleaning, inspections, and travel between worksites to support multiple properties while maintaining our high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years experience in housekeeping or similar position.
• Experience supervising or managing a team in hospitality preferred.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow to optimize team productivity and meet objectives.
• Perform inspections of cleans and support touch-ups as needed.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Foster open communication and resolve conflicts.
• Clean and maintain properties according to standards.
• Handle scheduling, supplies, and budget considerations.
• Support guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets.
• Collaborate with regional teams and leadership.
