Navy Exchange is seeking a part-time HOUSEKEEPING LEAD to oversee and inspect housekeeping staff at a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and/or Navy Lodge property. You will lead, train, and ensure compliance with program standards while maintaining guest room cleanliness and safety.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a team setting preferred.
• Housekeeping knowledge and experience preferred.
• Ability to train and supervise others and maintain standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and lead housekeeping Attendants and communicate instructions from supervisor.
• Assist in training new associates and ensure schedules are followed.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas and laundry facilities per NHG standards.
• Inspect rooms and carts daily and document inspections.
• Maintain supply inventory and ensure proper storage and safety practices.
