Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Leadership and/or training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train housekeeping staff; ensure standards are met.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and storage areas; maintain inventories and supplies.
• Assist with breakfast setup and service as needed; ensure food area is clean.
• Maintain guest privacy and security; address guest concerns tactfully.
