Crystal Care Collection is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead our domestic team in Bourne. You will oversee daily operations, ensure luxury cleanliness, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service in a warm, caring environment.

Youll work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, uphold safety standards, and support the General Manager in maintaining a pristine, homely home for residents who deserve the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Has previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptionally high standards.
• Has excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the home.
• Ensure all bedrooms, communal areas and facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard in line with cleaning schedules and company procedures.
• Organise daily workloads and monitor quality to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Promote a positive, supportive and professional team culture, providing guidance and coaching where required.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and all relevant legislation.
