Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain high cleanliness standards and a welcoming home for residents. You will be part of the domestic team, ensuring every area is presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Reliable and organized.
• Enjoys working as part of a team with residents and colleagues.
• Good communication and friendly manner.
• Previous housekeeping experience desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the home to exceptional standards, following cleaning schedules and company procedures.
• Ensure bedrooms, communal areas and facilities remain clean, comfortable and welcoming for residents and visitors.
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.
• Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and policies.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is used safely and report faults promptly.
