Job summary

Echoing Hills Village Inc. is seeking a Lead House Coordinator to supervise daily operations at our Intermediate Care Facility.

You will coordinate staffing, schedules, and household activities while promoting person-centered care and collaborating with the Nurse, QIDP, and DSP teams to meet residents’ needs. This role blends leadership with hands-on duties, ensuring regulatory compliance, training staff, and maintaining supplies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in an IDD or related setting required.
• Scheduling, training, or supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated Christian background and commitment to the Ministry’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational efficiency.
• Review PTO requests and manage schedule changes due to call-offs or emergencies.
• Coordinate transportation for appointments and community activities.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Provide direct support as needed, performing DSP duties during staffing shortages or emergencies.
• Support compliance efforts, regulatory audits, safety procedures, and required documentation.
• Track, order, and maintain household supplies; ensure timely processing of invoices and records.
• Complete medical request forms, outing documentation, and related coordination tasks.
• Promote a positive, structured environment that supports individuals in achieving independence and personal goals.
• Participate in committees, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
