Job summary

Carrols is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator at Burger King. You will lead team members during shifts to ensure fast, friendly service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

You’ll coach, solve problems, and drive shift results under the guidance of a Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will help with cash handling, inventory, and truck orders while maintaining BK standards and a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or fast-paced environment preferred.
• People-first attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by giving feedback and supporting development during shifts.
