Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department to include proper operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor a maintenance program to ensure safety, security and comfort of staff and guests.
• Supervise, train and manage all Engineering staff.
• Schedule and perform work per preventive maintenance program in rooms.
• Ensure safety equipment is in compliance and inspections completed.
