Shaner Hotels in Hummelstown, PA is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Engineer to keep our guest rooms and facilities safe and operating at peak performance. On-site role with a focus on preventive maintenance, repairs, and guest service.

You'll troubleshoot refrigeration, HVAC, and building systems, perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and respond quickly to maintenance requests. The position is full-time with benefits, offering a dynamic work environment with varied daily

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to read and follow safety and maintenance instructions.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Hotel Maintenance Engineer to help ensure our hotel remains safe, comfortable, and operating at the highest standards for our guests. If you have experience with commercial refrigeration, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance—and take pride in providing outstanding service,we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position with benefits, offering a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain commercial refrigeration, ice machines, air handling units, and HVAC equipment.
