Qualifications

• Supervisory engineer/maintenance experience is required.
• HVAC certification must be obtained.
• Trade school coursework in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage general and preventative maintenance functions.
• Oversee small projects or Property Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Perform and oversee diverse technical repairs on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance.
