Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years hotel/related experience, or 2-year degree with 3+ years, or 4-year degree with 2+ years.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Current certifications as required (HVAC, pool, electrical).
• Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Marvel: Keep every room and public space in tip-top shape-sparkling, shiny, and up to company standards.
• Team Captain: Lead, train, and manage the engineering squad, scheduling shifts and inspiring top performance.
• Safety Superhero: Run fire safety inspections and drills to keep guests and colleagues safe.
• Guest Service Star: Respond quickly to maintenance requests and improve guest service scores.
• Property Guardian: Patrol the property, manage debris, Lost and Found, and upkeep.
• Trusted Ambassador: Access sensitive areas and represent the company with sound judgment, daily.
