Job summary

José Andrés Group is seeking a Host/Hostess for our Front of House - Guest Services to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating with the dining team. You will balance pacing with the kitchen and bar while maintaining a polished presence at the host stand.

Qualifications

• 6+ months guest-facing hospitality experience preferred (host, concierge, reception, or similar).
• Polished communication, phone/email etiquette, and professional demeanor.
• Comfort with reservation platforms and POS basics; Google Workspace familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the host stand and manage the welcome flow.
• Handle reservations, waitlists, and seating to optimize table utilization.
• Communicate guest needs, allergies, celebrations, and VIP notes to servers and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and lobby area; assist with signage and menus.
