Qualifications

• 6+ months guest-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Polished communication, phone/email etiquette, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and manage host stand presence.
• Handle reservations and waitlist to optimize seating and pacing.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to servers and management.
• Maintain host stand, entry, menus, and signage in a presentation-ready state.
• Use reservation/POS tools accurately and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
