Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant host experience.
• Able to work as part of a team and support fellow staff.
• Comfortable communicating with managers, staff, and guests; flexible schedule including days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Prolonged standing and walking; may involve bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations using the online reservations system (OpenTable).
• Warmly greet guests on arrival and thank them as they leave.
• When seating is limited, provide estimated wait times and accommodate special seating requests.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen and dining room and relay messages to staff and managers.
