Job summary

GEO Secured Services is seeking a Lead Hospital Officer to supervise detainees in a hospital setting, maintaining custody and complying with medical and security procedures. You will ensure proper restraints and vigilant monitoring, following all required protocols.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, and ensuring safety and security throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• State Firearms License and State Security Guard License required.
• Certification in Corrections, Law Enforcement, or Military preferred.
• Completion of GEO's Supervision Training Course or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise detainees in hospital settings and ensure custody at all times.
• Follow restraint protocols per Medical Guarding Procedures.
• Ensure detainees are not granted outside visits or phone calls unless contract dictates.
• Maintain accurate duty logs and reports for Transportation Supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and organizational policies.
