Essentia Health is seeking a Pharmacist Site Lead to oversee dispensing, interpretation and monitoring of medications, and to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care. The role involves leading workflow optimization, interdepartmental communication, and quality improvement initiatives across the hospital pharmacy department.

The position requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with licensure in Minnesota, with ASHP-accredited residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and be licensed to practice in the relevant state(s).
• ASHP-accredited hospital residency preferred; hospital pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred for this site lead role.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preparation and dispensing of prescriptions to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Lead workflow development and process improvements within the pharmacy service line.
• Coordinate with inter- and intra-departmental pharmacy and attend hospital/PHARMACY meetings.
