Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (BS or PharmD degree required)
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Board of Pharmacy in WI or MN
• New hires must obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
• BLS certification within one week of hire
• Immunization Delivery Certification required at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Interpretation, dispensing and monitoring of medications to provide quality pharmaceutical services
• Optimize drug therapy to improve patient outcomes and provide access to medications and immunizations
• Participate in clinical initiatives and assist in daily pharmacy department activities
• Train new staff and supervise pharmacy technicians and interns
• Resolve customer service issues, handle billing, and maintain records and audits
• Oversee inventory control, care of supplies and equipment, and accurate cash handling
