Job summary

HCA Florida JFK Hospital seeks a Supervisor for Food and Nutrition Services to oversee daily food service operations for patient services and the cafeteria. You will ensure timely meals and HACCP compliance while coordinating scheduling and staff supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in food service, strong communication and leadership. CDM preferred; Serv-Safe recommended within 90 days; knowledge of hospital operations preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Two to three years’ experience in food services or hospitality is required.
• Knowledge of hospital and health care operations is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are necessary; strong communication, leadership and customer service skills are desired.

What qualifications you will need:

Licensure, Certifications, Training: Credential:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred.

• Serv-Safe Certification recommended or within 90 days of hire.
