Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
• Prepare meals in large quantities and follow prepared menus.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, clean, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Record food temperatures and assist with serving and food presentation.
• Supervise dietary staff when required and coordinate with other departments.
