Job summary

DFI Resources is seeking a hands-on Landscape/Garden Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance, seasonal color work, and equipment handling for our properties in Austin. You will partner with the Horticulture Manager to ensure top-notch grounds upkeep and safety compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of landscaping experience, strong communication, and the ability to supervise diverse teams in a professional setting. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Horticulture or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years landscaping or garden or nursery experience.
• Excellent knowledge of landscape maintenance and seasonal color bed maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Horticulture Manager to meet objectives and supervise gardening teams.
• Perform and oversee all aspects of landscape/garden maintenance and seasonal color coordination.
• Make recommendations to improve service level and operational sophistication.
• Coordinate plant materials procurement and equipment management.
• Carry out special projects as required by the Horticulture Manager.
• Assist with contractor supervision and short/long-range planning.
