The ideal candidate will have experience operating landscaping machinery, a valid driver’s license, and a proven ability to ensure quality work and safety standards across projects. This role involves coordinating schedules with site management and overseeing outdoor crews.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance and lawn care.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in landscaping or construction.
• Knowledge of plant care best practices.

Responsibilities

• teach/perform and oversee irrigation system repair, and maintenance projects.
• Lead and supervise a team of grounds persons to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Perform/oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and garden bed care.
• Confer with safety manager to ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate daily and project schedules with site manager.
• Maintain equipment.
