Job summary

Botanical Designs, a leader in interior and exterior landscaping, seeks an Interior Maintenance Horticulture Technician to deliver meticulous plant care and landscape maintenance at our Austin location. You will groom plants, monitor soil moisture, manage client routes, and ensure sites are restored to their original condition after service.

A valid driver’s license and safety-minded approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year horticultural education or equivalent experience.
• Tropical horticultural background preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong safety and environmental awareness.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by providing professional, courteous and efficient service.
• Manage assigned client accounts and daily route effectively.
• Grooming and trimming plants.
• Probing soil for appropriate moisture levels.
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Identify plant replacements and install small replacements as needed.
• Ensure work sites are restored to original condition after service.
• Drive safely and adhere to LEAN activities and company standards.
