Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of construction experience, preferably with a production builder.
• Knowledge of new home construction process and cost control procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process and manage construction schedules.
• Ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
