Job summary

Taylor Morrison in the Denver Metro area seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead the homebuilding process from start to finish. You will oversee scheduling, subcontractor relations, cost control and safety to ensure timely, high-quality homes that meet budget expectations.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and a customer-focused approach, with a track record of delivering on time and delivering exceptional service to homebuyers.

Qualifications

• Minimum: HS diploma/GED with 4+ years construction experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret construction docs, drawings, specs, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process.
• Foster a team environment and strong subcontractor relations.
• Manage schedule, cost control, safety and quality measures.
• Mentor team members and train TM360 content.
• Ensure homes are built on time and within budget with high quality.
• Provide excellent customer service to homebuyers.
