Job summary

One Hour is seeking an experienced Lead Home Performance Technician to head energy-efficiency projects in Durham. You will lead a crew, oversee attic insulation, air sealing, crawlspace work, and other upgrades while upholding safety and high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and team members to plan and execute projects efficiently, ensuring quality outcomes and customer satisfaction on every job.

Qualifications

• Experience with blown-in insulation, air sealing, crawlspace work or home performance services.
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces and other confined areas.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to operate a company truck while pulling and maneuvering a work trailer.

Responsibilities

• Lead home performance projects including attic insulation, air sealing, crawlspace improvements, and other energy-efficiency upgrades.
• Direct and supervise a crew to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with customers and team members to plan and execute projects efficiently.
