Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead Home Performance Technician to head energy efficiency projects, including attic insulation, air sealing, and crawlspace improvements. You will lead a crew, ensure high workmanship, and maintain excellent customer service on each site.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑conscious, and capable of coordinating tasks while keeping a clean driving record and operating a company truck with a trailer where required.

Qualifications

• Experience with blown-in insulation, air sealing, crawlspace work or home performance services
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces and other confined areas
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job description

Lead Home Performance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Lead Home Performance Technician to join the One Hour team! This position is responsible for leading home performance projects, including attic insulation, air sealing, crawlspace improvements, and other energy‑efficiency upgrades. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑conscious, and capable of leading a crew while delivering high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Clean driving record is a must. No major violations within the past five years.
