The incumbent will organize, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities within the home health service line, while modeling teamwork and maintaining high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• 3 years experience as an RN.
• Current RN license (RN) in Texas.
• CPR AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and mentors staff; acts as preceptor and resource for the department.
• Manages daily patient care services to ensure high patient satisfaction and supports financial, capital, and human resources.
• Leads performance improvement activities and ensures nursing standards of care and quality.
