Collage Home & Community is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Nurse Supervisor in the Dallas area. The role starts as PRN with a rapid transition to full-time as new clients onboard and service volume grows, under Texas LHHS regulations.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years nursing experience, strong clinical supervision and care planning skills, CPR cert, and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas is required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Home health, community-based, rehab, or complex care experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Texas home health regulations preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the supervising RN for nursing and aide services under the Texas LHHS license.
• Provide clinical supervision of RNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure CNA services are appropriately assigned, delegated, and supervised by nursing.
• Conduct or oversee initial and ongoing patient assessments.
